It's nearly official

We have been told that tomorrow, we will receive the keys to our new house! We're very excited.

Our offer was accepted!

We have put an offer down on a house in Sacramento, and we found out last night that it was accepted!

Because it is a short sale, the seller's bank needs to approve the deal first. We are hopeful that everything goes through quickly and easily.
